How can I access my exam?

The exam can be found in the learning environment for your course. From the Campus homepage, click “Access My Course” and then go down to the bottom of the page to the Final Evaluation section. If you are already used to submitting your assignments online, you will see that the Final Evaluation section is just below the Assignments section.

What is the procedure for the exam?

To begin the exam, click the “Attempt Quiz Now” button. An electronic timer starts and remains visible throughout the evaluation. Then you download the answer booklet.

The instructions and questions are displayed at the beginning of the exam. You can navigate from one question to another using the Quiz Navigation function. You must write your answers in your answer booklet.

At the end of the exam, you have to upload the final files (answer booklet, etc.) to the learning environment and then click “Finish Attempt.” A new page will open. Click on “Submit All and Finish” to send your evaluation to your tutor.

The online exam is followed by a mandatory interview, to authenticate your evaluation process.

Can I use all my course materials during the exam?

Yes, all your course materials are allowed.

How long is the exam?

The length of the exam varies by course. To find out how long your exam is, please refer to the General Guidelines section. You can read this section without starting the counter, by clicking on your final evaluation in the Final Evaluation section.

Can I take my exam whenever I like?

Yes, you can choose whatever time suits you to take your online exam, as long as you comply with your deadline. But once you start the test, you cannot stop and complete it later. Since it is impossible to stop the counter, please make sure you choose a time when you can complete the entire exam.

Pay attention to our planned maintenance periods, which are posted on our website. Please avoid taking an exam during these periods.

I had a technical problem during my exam. Whom should I contact?

If unusual technical difficulties (network outage, electrical outage, etc.) occur during your evaluation, please contact your tutor as quickly as possible through the Campus messaging system to:

  • Submit your final evaluation
  • Explain your technical problem

This step is very important, because the time at which you submit your final evaluation validates the time it took you to complete it. This factor will be taken into consideration in our analysis of the situation.

I am eligible for accommodation measures. What should I do to benefit from them during my online examination?
