Twenty courses launched or updated by Cégep à distance in 2013-2014

Montréal, July 3, 2014 – Over the last academic year, Cégep à distance has expanded its credited course offer with the release of some twenty courses. The expansion includes updates and major remakes of courses already offered, as well as new offerings.

Two of the new courses were designed based on the techno-pedagogical guidelines of the Cégep à distance Design and Production Service’s new multimedia model. This distance education model allows the student to complete the learning path online. The courses include diverse interactive activities that use different types of medias (video, audio clips, texts, animation, etc.). The variety of media used helps the students develop the target elements of competency, captures their interest and gives them an active role in their learning process.

Here are seven of the twenty courses released in 2013-2014.
